All purchases of premium themes or plugins are handled via Freemius.com. We use Stripe and PayPal, and therefore accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments.

The payment information is handled via Stripe and Paypal. We do not save any credit card information.

Refund policy

Themes and products

We offer a Money Back Guarantee for 15 days after purchasing a product.

Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:

  • You are within the first 15 days of the purchase of the product.
  • Your issue(s) derives from not being able to install the product properly or get the product to perform its basic functions.
  • You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team.
  • No refunds will be granted after the first 15 days of the original purchase.
  • Refunds will not be granted for missing feature(s). If you are not sure we support a specific feature, please¬†contact us¬†prior to purchase.
  • Issues caused by conflicts with 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
  • Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the product.


We are not able to offer refunds for services.
